Our Story
It started with a soccer ball, a few friendly games, and a mutual Latin heritage. When two dynamically skilled trade Professionals met at a weekend game and joined forces on the field, it was inevitable that they would join forces as a business partnership. Enrique “Kiké” Paz and Alex Terron had a vision to be a service provider that actually respected that title – PROVIDE SERVICE, and provide it well. They have been able to structure a simple yet strong business model and the rest – and the future – is history – be a part of our story!

Enrique “Kiké” Paaz
Co-Owner & Head Service Professional
Kiké has multiple years of experience in all things related to Pool & Spa Cleaning/Maintenance. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and, when not working, can be found at the local soccer field playing his favorite sport or staying involved in the local community.
He is exceptionally humble and charismatic at the same time – it is impossible to go ANYWHERE in Southwest Florida without hearing “Hey Kiké!”
One conversation with him and you will understand his integrity.

Alex Terron
Co-Owner & Service Professional
Alex has extensive trade experience due to multiple years in plumbing and roofing. He also exudes strong Client service due to an early background in retail. Alex is fully bilingual and lives the American dream by having an unwavering commitment to integrity that he learned from his family.
An avid soccer player, he transfers the importance of teamwork into his professional approach to the service industry – he understands that everyone needs to work together – the provider, the customer and the supplier. He also demonstrates the highest level of respect for your family, home and neighborhood.
Kiké and Alex can usually be found together on the soccer field or watching international matches at a cookout. The only thing stronger than Alex’s work ethic is his smile!
Beth Poulin
Chief Operating Officer
Beth handles all operations for KTServices. Having been exposed to the “big business” world, she has always known the small business environment was where she could make the most difference in her community.
Beth is here for any of your questions, feedback or suggestions. She maintains our online presence, estimates/invoicing/billing and marketing.
As your main point of contact, we know you will enjoy her attention to detail, as well as her attention to making you feel like a person, not just an invoice number.

Our business is founded and run on the hard-working principles of the Guatemalan culture.
“Kiké” (pronounced ‘Kee-Kay’) is a Guatemalan nickname for Enrique, the name of our Co-Founder & Head Service Provider, Enrique Paz.
It is HIS reputation and effervescence that sparks our Clients’ trust in selecting us as their local business to take care of their home.
